Provider Engagement Specialist (Sales)

Initial responsibilities include: 

  • Help develop a sales model for PWeR including terms, length, variable pricing, and other options 
  • Overcome competitive sales objections/position solutions against competition and customer needs 
  • Responsible for support of event activities, email blasts, direct mail, phone and other outreach initiatives 
  • Responsible for Electronic Health Record cloud base recruitment, unsolicited prospect calls, and converting leads into cold and warm prospects via mailers, and/or email into closed deals 
  • Prospect, analyze prospect needs, uncover business challenges, and close new business 
  • Schedule and qualify demos of PWeR’s software with prospects 
  • Work closely with assigned Account Executives to nurture and develop prospects through the sales process 
  • Focus on team contributions as well as own successes
  • Meet lead generation activity and sales opportunity quotas  
  • Document sales activity and customer details accurately and timely within Zoho everyday 
  • Assist sales and physician engagement to procure sales and installation of PWeR 
  • Learn, create and review past marketing and training materials  
  • Learn our organization, culture, products and vision 
  • Review and analyze the industry – pick up PWeR lingo, slang, terminology, competitors 
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our platform, PWeR – attend training and associated workshops to increase EHR knowledge 
  • Coordinate timelines and project plans with our technology, support, training and operations team for overall customer support 
  • Assist our PWeR Implementation and Training Team with on-site implementation when needed 
  • On-call availability for PWeR providers during and after hours 
  • Develop and maintain contacts, sales interactions, sales pipeline and an up-to-date CRM database 
  • Manage and assist future PWeR Provider Engagement team members 
  • Be able to answer the phone during and after hours to assist clients 
  • Be an active participant in the development of our primary product, PWeR 
  • Be CREATIVE, ENERGETIC & PASSIONATE about what you do with us 
  • Additional duties as assigned by the President

Knowledge:  

  • BA Degree in business, marketing, or technical field or equivalent inside sales experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in related field, healthcare or software industry experience preferred 
  • 2+ years of inside sales or previous sales experience preferred 
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline, forecast and predict quarterly revenue  
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated creative thinking capabilities with the ability to “think outside the box” 
  • Ability to influence others without formal authority 
  • Ability to execute quickly and with high quality 
  • Confident and polished telephone presence that can transition easily from first contacts to senior level 
  • Ability to understand and position EHR from technical and business perspectives 
  • Ability to leverage multiple forms of communication to ensure success (email, LinkedIn, phone, twitter, etc.) 
  • Strong professional presentation that is highly organized, detail orientated and has results driven follow up and follow through abilities 
  • Ability to work in a team-goal oriented environment, and a proven track record in exceeding quota 
  • Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); and 
  • Database management skills a plus

Implementation & Training Specialist

Initial responsibilities include: 

  • Create and execute PWeR’s training programs for healthcare providers and staff 
  • Provide consistent, professional and high-quality support, establish and maintain credibility with diverse audiences 
  • Identify and document client needs and issues 
  • Ability to train on site and via webex when necessary 
  • Work closely with the PWeR Engagement Specialist to maintain territory  
  • Lead training sessions and evaluate clients for completion and proficiency 
  • Maintain communication with team members regarding delivery and quality of training 
  • programs 
  • Provide recommendations for process and technical revisions; provide recommendations for constant improvement in training programs 
  • Replicate and document issues for further review by management 
  • Test the training and live environment daily and report any issues to the in-house development team 
  • Manage time effectively with minimal supervision; accurately assess projects and ensure 
  • clients are trained on time 
  • Ability to travel locally 75% and be on-call off-hours, including occasional weekends 
  • Be able to answer the phone during and after hours to assist clients 
  • Be an active participant in the development of our primary product, PWeR

 Knowledge & Skills: 

  • 2 years of experience in medical office, MSO, ACO, or medical billing required 
  • Healthcare information technology or medical record software experience required 
  • AA/AS or equivalent in healthcare, business related majors are preferred, not required 
  • Classroom training experience required; remote training experience preferred 
  • Training and certification in HIPAA compliance, HITECH, Health Information Management or license as an LPN or RN desirable  
  • Excellent presentation, client management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and internet access – technically savvy with ability to learn new software 
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish written and spoken with the full knowledge of medical terminology useful, not required

Hours: Part Time Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 1:30pm

• Answer phones
• Maintains & orders office supplies
• Opens office every morning at 8:30am
• Maintains time logs of employees
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting letters and faxes
• Conserves Executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
• Reviews Executives social media blogs
• Maintains Executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Completes projects and follows up on results
• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Secures information by completing data base backups
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Checking the mail and/or dropping off mail into the proper bin
• Distributing package deliveries
• Assembles sales brochures/handouts when needed
