The headline read, \u201cHHS announces proposed rules to support the path to nationwide interoperability\u201d it went on to say:<\/p>\n<p><em>Proposed Electronic Health Record Incentive Programs and 2015 Edition Health IT Certification Criteria rules issued for comment<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) today announced the release of the\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/public-inspection.federalregister.gov\/2015-06612.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stage 3 notice of proposed rule-making for the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHRs) Incentive Programs\u202fand\u202f2015 Edition Health IT Certification Criteria<\/a>\u202fto improve the way electronic health information is shared and ultimately improve the way care is delivered and experienced.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The facts are that HHS published 300 pages in the U.S. Federal Register (For more information, click on the link above).
